  1. Well done mate, I must admit I was getting worried about you last week and “slippery slop” was springing to mind. But again, well done and I hope you reach your 13 stone something and then the big 25% target in the coming couple of weeks. Try and get back down the gym/pool to encourage the shift. Easter eggs and the Midget Gem bunny could rock your boat ;-), so beware!

    I fully understand your comments on the Atkins diet – been there, done that, lost loads, put it back on when the bad breath and other effects got too much to handle. WW is much healthier and certainly is for the long term. Also have a friend who now weighs more than I do now! Life is strange!
